Wharfedale comprises two elements

1. interim management and advisory services to boards of companies, their shareholders and lenders; and
2. investing in companies where we can help define and implement strategic and operational improvement and so align our interests with those we advise or support.

Wharfedale was founded by Toby Boyle in 2007. Toby has over 20 years experience of working with and investing in private companies undergoing significant change in their management, markets, and their strategic opportunities.

He has particular experience of investing in family owned businesses across many sectors and working with managers to achieve value for lenders and investors through the development and implementation of achievable business plans.
